AOI
The advanced AOI facility has been developed to meet the special needs of BGA and J lead applications with full 3D inspection, angle viewed cameras and LASER height measurement and can inspect solder joints down to 01005 (0.03pitch).
Assembly Standards
All products are built to a minimum standard of IPC 610 Class 3.
Environmentally controlled manufacturing facility.
Traceability
All products if required can be Bar Coded for full traceability through the production and test process.
RoHS
We build RoHS and Non RoHS products from SMT to finished products. All our RoHS and Non RoHS products are segregated during storage and the production process.
